  • My legs are killing me from yesterday's run, but it is so nice out. Going hiking… #
  • East-coast friends, snow is nature's way of telling you to go out and play. Don't miss this chance to slow down and enjoy life. #
  • My legs are shot. 5 hours skiing on Friday, 8 mile run on Saturday, and 7 mile hike through mud and ice today. #
  • It's a far gone lullaby, sung many years ago.
Mama, mama many worlds I've come since i first left home. #
  • What I miss most about Dead shows is the control of the energy. They had the perfect transitions from high to low and back again. #

  • With nothing to believe in, the compass always points to Terrapin. #
  • My legs feel badger-bitten. #

  • Sure, Santa is supposed to be this magical guy who brings gifts, but what I really need is a magical guy who wraps gifts. #
  • I am reading 6 different books right now. I finished one last night, or it would be 7. Why am I shopping the Kindle store right now? #
  • Just bought E.L. Doctorow's Home & Langley on the Kindle. I guess I am starting a new novel tonight. #

  • There's a banjo moon in a tie-dyed ski,
Hippies dance and babies cry… #
  • I've broken down. I am playing Handel's Messiah, but not just the damn chorus. Who can resist Kathleen Battle on vocals? #
